  • 250-gram paneer
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 7 – 8 garlic pods
  • 1 medium capsicum finely chopped
  • One fourth tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 2 big spoon butter
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • Half Tablespoon ajwain

 

Preparing Tawa paneer recipe through step by step guide

  • Step 1 – chop onions, bell pepper, Ginger garlic, tomato, green chilli and Capsicum.
  • Step 2 – blend them into a puree.
  • Step 3 – let it cool and side-by-side shop paneer
  • Step 4 – melt some butter on tawa and add ajwain followed by onions and ginger garlic paste. Also, add all the vegetables that you like. Add pav bhaji masala amchoor masala and tomato puree at last.
  • Step 5 – let everything cook well and add paneer cubes in the same. Let each paneer get coated and prepared.
  • Step 6 – add kasuri Methi and salt at last. Garnish with coriander leaves.
