  • 500 gram minced mutton
  • 3 cloves
  • half tablespoon red chilli powder
  • Half tablespoon salt
  • 1 brown cardamom
  • Half cup chana dal
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Few bay leaves
  • 1 cup water
  • One green chilli
  • Half lemon
  • One big size onion

The recipe does not take more than 30 minutes to get prepared if you follow all the instructions correctly and collect all the ingredients together.

 


  • Step 1 – half cup of chana dal for 30 minutes before preparing the recipe.
  • Step 2 – heat and pressure cooker eventually tossed bay leaves, cinnamon, brown cardamom and remaining all the spices.
  • Step 3 – add red chilli powder, salt and keema in the pressure cooker.
  • Step 4 – mix everything together and add a cup of water.
  • Step 5 – pressure cook until the mutton and dal becomes absolutely for.
  • Step 6 – refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes and make sure that the recipe is absolutely dry.
  • Step 7 – grind it and convert it into a thick paste. eventually, add lime juice and green chilli.
  • Step 8 – prepare flat ball and Shallow fry the kebab until they become golden brown.
