  • Steps 1 – take some oil in a pan and add chopped onion and garlic for it.
  • Step 2 – sauté on the higher flame and cook it with capsicum, celery, and carrot for around 2 minutes.
  • Step 3 – add boiled noodles
  • Step 4 – add Schezwan sauce, little soya sauce, 1 pinch ajino moto, vinegar, salt and tomato sauce.

Making Schezwan sauce requires Red Hot Chili and fresh Herbs for bringing a better taste.


  • 20 dry red chilies
  • One small onion
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 15 garlic clove
  • one fourth cup of water
  • How tablespoon of finely chopped celery
  • Half tablespoon of black pepper powder
  • Half tablespoon of soya sauce
  • 4 tbsp. of sesame oil
  • Salt

Step-by-step guide for preparing Schezwan sauce-

  • Crush The Red Chilies after soaking them overnight.
  • Add sesame oil and vegetable oil in a pan.
  • Add Chili paste, soya sauce, salt and spices together and put it for few minutes.
  • Keep it in the fridge in an air tight container for 2 weeks

Schezwan noodles recipe is best cooked with baby corn and mushroom clubbed together. You can add your own creativity so that the recipe looks tasty and tempting at the same time. You can have it with Manchurian or panir for some lip smacking taste.
