Ingredients required to prepare yummy Turai ki sabji –

 

  • 8 to 10 Turai peeled And diced
  • Half tablespoon red chilli powder
  • half tablespoon Garam Masala
  • half tablespoon haldi powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil
  • Half tablespoon cumin seeds
  • Pinch of Hing

 

 


Preparing spicy Turai ki sabji recipe

 

  • Step 1 – take some cooking oil in a kadai.
  • Step 2 – let the oil heat and put something and cumin seeds in it.
  • Step 3 – after cumin seeds pop, add Turai and all the spices together. mix well
  • Step 4 – cover the recipe with a lid and let it cook for few minutes.
  • Step 5 – add a little bit of water if you think that turai did not leave much water while being cooked.
  • Step 6 – let it simmer for few minutes and turn off the flame and check the flavour. You will definitely Love The Way it has been cooked through this recipe.

Adding more flavours to Turai ki sabzi recipe

 

If you think that the overall quantity of Turai ki sabji was not enough when it was finally cooked, add a little bit of chopped onions and boiled potatoes in it. You can also add onions and potatoes turai itself in the oil. Let everything cook together for that impeccable and binge worthy taste.

  • If you don’t want to make the recipe spicy, prepare it in some ghee and add cumin seeds along with turmeric powder and salt in Turai.
  • Do not over dry the recipe or put excessive water in it.
  • Cover the recipe while being cooked.
  • Add minimal water in the recipe.
  • Avoid using pressure cooker
