This Monsoon Season Prepare Tandoori Aloo Mirchi Pakoda At Home

Monsoon has already hit Kerala and is expected to approach different parts of India in just a few days. Ingredient for preparing the Mirchi Pakoda-

  • 3-4 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp amchoor
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • half tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • one tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 50 grams of grated processed cheese
  • one-fourth Cup finely chopped green coriander leaves
  • 2 cup of Gram flour
  • Red chili powder and asafoetida

 

Follow this step by step guide to preparing the spicy aloo Mirchi Pakoda at home-

  • mix potato and spices very well in to and fro motion. Eventually, take a live charcoal and put it in the center of the potato mixture. If you cannot do this, it would be better to microwave the potato mixture for around 2 minutes.
  • Take one by one fresh green chilies and slit from the middle.
  • remove all the seeds and add the spicy potato mixture that has been slightly smoked in the charcoal.
  • take two cup gram flour and half tablespoon turmeric, Pinch of asafoetida and salt. Mix it with some water and dip Mirchi in it.
  • deep fry the Mirchi in hot oil until it becomes golden brown in color.
  • Cut into diagonal slices and consume it with green and red chutney.
