  • Step 3 – Take a deep vessel and add 1 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tbsp Kashmiri Lal mircha, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, one tablespoon jeera powder, 1 tbsp Garam Masala, 1 tbsp amchoor, 1 tbsp rock salt, one tbsp turmeric, 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi, half cup curd add everything together.
  • Step 4 – Add one tablespoon roasted gram flour
  • Step 5 – take a full-size onion and capsicum each properly sliced. Add it in the marinating mixture followed by boiled potato pieces.
  • Step 6 – Now take live charcoal having Ghee and smoking coal. put it upon the centre of the recipe in order to cook it mildly. Cover the entire arrangement with a lid so that the smoke cooks everything evenly.
  • Step 7 – Eventually take a stew and insert it in the marinated pieces of capsicum followed by potato and onion.
  • Step 8 – and take a grilled pan and Put on flame and add a little bit of ghee.
  • Step 9 – bake both sides of the Tandoori potato recipe. Sprinkle chat masala and enjoy it with green chutney and ketchup.
