How To Prepare Spicy Paneer Ki Sabji At Home

Ingredients required to prepare spicy Paneer ki sabji at home –

 


  • 3 medium sized onions
  • 4 – 5 medium sized tomatoes
  • 400 gram paneer
  • One tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 green chilli
  • 3 pods of garlic
  • Half tablespoon turmeric powder
  • One fourth tablespoon of Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • One tablespoon kasuri methi
  • Three big spoon oil
  • Handful of cashews
  • half cup of fresh cream
  • Ghee to cook

 

Step by step recipe to prepare spicy Paneer ki sabji at home –

 

  • Step 1 – take half bowl of water and put all the spices in it for around 2 hours. Also, take another bowl filled with water and put cashews in it and soak them for 2 hours.
  • Step 2 – prepare a mixture of Tomato, Ginger, onion and garlic in a mixture grinder.
  • Step 3 – take oil in a deep frying pan and upturn the puree in it.
  • Step 4– add spices in the puree and let it cook until it becomes half in quantity.
  • Step 5 – add hot water in the mixture followed by paneer and salt.
  • Step 6 – let the mixture cook for 10 minute in low flame and check the consistency. Add fresh cream at the last
  • Step 7 – eventually turn off the heat and serve the recipe with hot paratha, phulka, rice and naan.

The routine paneer sabji can be given a twist with this particular recipe. The aromatic masala when soaked in water give a different is altogether. If you wish to get a better flavour, you can use a little bit of dalchini, 1 clove, one big cardamom, one small cardamom and  2 red chillies.

 

The gravy should be slightly thicker so that your dish looks better. The most easily prepared recipe does not requires you to input much hard work. The initial cooking should be very warm so that the smell of onion, garlic and tomato goes away. The delicious paneer recipe should never let anybody find out what you have used in the gravy to make it thick.
