Sago khichdi or Sabudana khichdi is one of the best Indian breakfast recipes that can be quickly made and digested.   • 1 cup soaked and drained sabudana.
  • Half tablespoon turmeric
  • half tablespoon salt
  • Half tablespoon cumin seeds
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

  • Step 1 – wash sabudana in running water and soak it overnight.
  • Step 2 – drain it using a sieve in the morning.
  • Step 3 – heat some oil in a Cooking Pan and allow the water from sabudana to drain in the meantime.
  • Step 4 – in the hot oil, add cumin seeds, and green chillies
  • Step 5 – add boiled potatoes And fry them for 2 minutes.
  • Step 5 – add sabudana, turmeric powder, roasted peanut and salt.
  • Step 6 – mix everything together and scrape the sticky part from the cooking vessel.
  • Step 7 – put it in a nice plate and of garnish it with coriander leaf on top.
