How To Prepare Yummy Cutlet or Aloo Tikki With Leftover Rice

  • Half Cup each finely chopped Patta gobhi, shimla mirch, onion, coriander leaves and carrot.

  • Step 1 – some oil in a deep frying pan and cook all the finely chopped vegetables.
  • Step 2 – add spices in the same.
  • Step 3 – let the mixture cool down and eventually add boiled potatoes followed by finally of coriander leaves.
  • Step 4 – add leftover rice and mix everything together. Prepare round flat balls or cutlet balls depending on your choice
  • Step 5 – take a heavy base Kadai or tawa having oil into it.
  • Step 6 – fry the tikki or cutlet from both the sides and enjoying with hot masala tea, tomato ketchup and Dhaniya chutney.

You don’t have to particularly go for leftover rice. If you wish to enjoy this recipe at any point of time, simply boil some rice in the pressure cooker along with potatoes and prepare the recipe right away.
