How To Prepare The Delicious Greek Yogurt Recipe At Home?

  • Step 1 – Boil 500 ml of milk in a vessel.
  • Step 2 – Give it some extra time to boil by stirring it continuously for five minutes.
  • Step 3 – Take a vessel and let it cool down a little bit. Around 40 degree Celsius.
  • Step 4 – Add 1 tbsp yogurt in a bowl and add a little bit of boiled milk in the same point now after the entire mixture in the boiled milk and mix it up using a spoon.
  • Step 5 – Cover it up very well using a towel.
  • Step 6 – Make sure that you do not touch the yogurt after making the arrangement. Leave it for 6 hours.
  • Step 7 – In order to prepare Greek yogurt, you need to strain the yogurt using a thin cloth. Leave it for around 1 hour so that all the water is drained.
  • Step 8 – You have Greek yogurt at your disposal now. The only difference between normal yogurt and Greek yogurt is the level of thickness they have. Greek yogurt is slightly thicker than the normal.

How to add flavor to the yogurt?

  • Step 1 – add 1 tablespoon of mango pulp in one bowl of yogurt and store it in an airtight container. Let it cool down and enjoy.
