How To Prepare Tasty Suji Veggies Recipe At Home?

In the Hustle bustle morning, it is impossible to prepare a yummy breakfast. However, you can manage your time in the best possible way by preparing the Suji Veggies Recipe.


The recipe that you can use as a party appetizer, breakfast snack and evening recipe. Enjoy it with fresh green chutney along with tomato ketchup and prepare some hot tea along.

I was recently experimenting with kitchen pantry and came out with such an exotic recipe that was different but flavourful.

Everybody has a special affinity for snacks prepared out of semolina. So here is a recipe that you will always enjoy irrespective of the weather and season.

 

How to prepare Suji Veggies Recipe –

  • Step 1 – in a pan take 1 cup each finely chopped onion, tomato, and carrot. Cook them for a few minutes. Keep them aside.
  • Step 2 – in a different Pan, roast some semolina and add two cups of water in the pan. Add salt and Mixed Herbs to create a flavor in the recipe.
  • Step 3 – you will get Upma like consistency while preparing the recipe. Now pour some fresh lemon juice.
  • Step 4 – add 6 -7 boiled and mashed potatoes followed by 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, half cup cheese, and 2-3 finely chopped green chilies.
  • Step 5 – your mixture is almost ready and you can now spread it over butter paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Now you can cut it into a proper square shape and have it directly after frying.
  • Step 6 – You can also store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and Shallow fry it Whenever you want to have them.
  • Step 7 – let us take some oil in the Pan and heat it. Now fry the semolina recipe and have it hot.

The semolina veggies recipe is very tasty and equally healthy. The best part about the recipe is that refrigerating it will add more flavor to it. You can prepare the recipe at night and simply fry it in the morning to make your meal exotic.


Always take fresh vegetables to prepare search recipes. If you do not have Herbs, you can simply add some Chilli powder and turmeric powder to bring the flavor. Add ginger garlic paste is also a good option to make the recipe flavourful.

You can also go for readymade roasted semolina. Always cook the recipe in low flame so that you get added nutrition and flavor.

You can add vegetables according to your choice. If you do not have many veggies at your disposal, you can simply add onions and tomatoes to prepare the suji veggies recipe.
