How To Prepare Protein Packed Recipe At Home?

  • Step 5 – add vegetable stock in the same recipe.
  • Step 6 – cook for a few minutes and add salt at last.

In order to prepare the recipe, you need to boil 1 fist full of Black Beans and Black urad either separately or together in a pressure cooker. Make sure that you add salt while boiling the lentils so that they cook better.
