How To Prepare Afghani Chicken Recipe At Home?

How to prepare the Afghani Chicken recipe at home –

  • Step 1 – take 3 Tej Patta,4 whole red chilies, 1tb whole kali mirch, two Badi elaichi, 1 tbsp kali mirch, 2  choti elaichi, 8 cloves, 14 cashews, 1 inch Ginger, half medium-sized Chukandar together.
  • Step 2 – convert them into a paste.
  • Step 3 – add 250 gram Dahi in the paste along with 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • Step 4 – Add the chicken pieces in the same mixture and marinate for 3 hours approximately.
  • Step 5 – Now place the chicken pieces in a baking tray and sprinkle some salt on them.
  • Step 6 – Bake the chicken at 200 degree Celsius for 40 minutes and keep aside
  • Step 7 – in a non-stick pan take 2 tbsp ghee followed by 1 tbsp jeera and 3 medium size onions with shelf add one Ginger and one big tomato followed by 14 pieces of garlic and 10 pieces of Kaju. Add 2 3 tablespoon watermelon seeds and churn everything very well.
  • Step 8 – Now take a pan and heat some ghee. add the mixture in the same. Eventually, add the chicken pieces to cook for a few minutes.
  • Step 9 – add 1tb garam masala and Kasuri methi to enjoy the recipe with naan or roti.
