Anda curry recipe is a fusion of nutrition and taste. Your children are going to lick their fingers whereas the adults are going to demand a little more of it. Furthermore, prepare the spicy curry mixture by roasting some whole spices as an option.

I personally prefer using freshly roasted and ground spices that give more flavor to the recipe. However, you can avoid doing that because it is quite time-consuming and not possible for busy mummies.

The anda curry recipe can be optionally prepared by pureed tomato and onion mixture in order to make it like a thick gravy.

Even if a particular vegetable doesn’t have a good taste but you want your family to have it for dinner, preparing it in the curry mentioned above would give extremely good flavor to a normal vegetable.
