  • 10 baby Karela
  • 1 cup water
  • One tablespoon salt

 

 

  1. 1 tbsp jeera
  2. ¼ tablespoon turmeric powder
  3. One tablespoon Kashmiri Lal mirch
  4. 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  5. ¼ tablespoon methi
  6. 2 tbsp dry mango powder
  7. One finely chopped onion
  8. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  9. One tablespoon salt
  10. 2 tbsp water
  11. 1 Pinch heeng

  • Step 1 – heat oil in a pan and saute onion.
  • Step 2 – saute 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste along with all the masala to create an aromatic flavour.
  • Step 3 – add two tablespoon of water and make sure that the stuffing is absolutely moist.
  • step 4 -clean and wipe the Karela very well and insert the stuffing.
  • Step 5 – tie it using a piece of thread and fry the Karela in little bit of oil and Pinch of heeng.
  • Step 6 – roast Karela for 5 minutes and cook it for 20 more minutes.
