  • 90 gram potato
  • 50 gram cauliflower
  • 14 -15 fresh mint leaves
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • 10 tablespoon of Gram flour
  • One fourth cup of green pea
  • 50 gram onion

Spices required for preparing veg kebab recipe –

  • half tablespoon garam masala powder
  • One fourth tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • Half tablespoon of red chili powder

  1. Chop all the vegetables together using a mixer grinder jar.
  2. Add Coriander and mint leaves in the mixture.
  3. Add everything in a mixing bowl and club some ginger garlic paste into it.
  4. Put some spices mentioned above.

  • Step 1 – heat a small Pan and add 10 tablespoon of Gram flour in it.
  • Step 2 – keep stirring and roast the gram flour powder till the color changes and Aroma can be felt.
  • Step 3 – Add roasted gram flour in the vegetable mixture and mix everything very well.
  • Step 4 – Add salt
  • Step 5 – create absolute round balls for baking them.
  • Step 6 – in case the mixture Falls apart while composing, you need to add a little more moisture in the ball.
  • Step 7 – cook the flat balls on oil Pan and grief them well for a better taste.
